FAQ
Questions shop owners ask first.
Direct answers. If yours isn't here, drop it in the form below and we'll get back to you inside one business day.
Q.01 How fast do you turn around an estimate review?
Most reviews come back in 3–5 business days. Rush turnarounds (24–48 hours) available for active negotiations or RTA deadlines — flat-fee surcharge, no hourly creep.
Q.02 Do I have to be in NJ or NY to work with you?
No. We work with shops nationwide. Estimate reviews and SOP consulting run remote on the file you send. PRIs, on-site training, and reconstruction we travel for — most of the lower 48 covered.
Q.03 Will you go up against my carrier?
Yes. We've testified in 180+ matters across both Right-to-Appraisal proceedings and litigation. Every line in our reviews is sourced to OEM procedure or P-Page paragraph — built to be defended, not negotiated away.
Q.04 Do you work with shops that aren't DRP / are leaving DRP?
Most of our shop clients are non-DRP or actively unwinding DRP relationships. Our SOP and triage work is built around the EME54 process so you can scope and document independently of carrier templates.
Q.05 What does an estimate review actually include?
Line-by-line audit against OEM procedure, P-Page logic, and physical scope. You get back a redlined estimate, a written rationale for each adjustment, and the exact citations to put in front of the adjuster.
Q.06 Can you train my team on-site?
Yes. One day, your shop, your team, built around your last 30 estimates. We cover MIG/GMA, resistance welding, EME54 triage, blueprinting SOPs, and negotiating the supplement. From $1,950/day.
Q.07 Do you handle 3D measurement and post-repair inspections?
Yes. Full PRIs include 3D measurement, weld documentation, sectioning verification, and a written report suitable for the adjuster, the appraiser, or the courtroom.
Q.08 What's the first call like?
Thirty minutes, no obligation. Bring an estimate, a denial letter, or a question. By the end of the call you'll know whether the file has legs and what the next step costs.
